Saturday, July 25:
Zumba Fitness Dance Party @ Tropical Park:

Join DJs and Zumba instructors this Saturday as they dance to old and new hits at Tropical Park. Free for all residents, this event was created to promote wellness, fitness and health to Miami-Dade County and make it fun for people of all ages. Trust me... Zumba doesn't even let you realize you're working out. Come out and shake your stuff!
Overtown Music & Arts Festival:
11AM - 7PMNW 3rd Ave {between 8th & 11th St}
As one of Miami's earliest historically black communities, it's important for Overtown to show its county how developed they've become throughout the years. In its early days, it rivaled the Harlem streets from New York but still became a hot spot for many famous black musicians of the time such as Duke Ellington, Aretha Franklin and Ella Fitzgerald.
Join them this Saturday as they celebrate Overtown's rich history with art and music, and an awesome interactive youth zone for the kids. Free admission and no registration required.

Alright alright, so this one isn't 100% free, but going to Five Sisters is free?! Five Sisters is your number one spot for all things spiritual, meditational and self-discovery. Join a henna artist by the name of Henna (IKR) every last Saturday of the month as she temporary-tattoos all kinds of designs onto your lovely hands. She's having a contest right now for FREE henna tattoos! Check her out RN.

Lincoln Road Farmer's Market:
9AM - 5PM
Lincoln Road Mall Miami Beach, FL 33139
Lincoln Road Mall has a farmer's market every Sunday, did you know? Well now ya do. As a totally green market, expect to be surrounded by veggies, fruits, coconuts and many naturally made products from vendors here and there. Check out their slideshow! They also have yummy pastries and awesome empanadas.
Wynwood Graffiti Mural Bike Tour:
4PM - 5PM

Bring your own bike! Every Sunday, join Wynwood's best graffiti guide as he shows you the best of Wynwood's murals. Whether it's rain or shine, this DOES happen every Sunday so make sure you're equipped for the weather. Helmets are advised but if you like to live on the edge... well then, who's really stopping you? Come on out for an hour of your day for this unique experience.
Free Yoga at Miami Beach:
7AM - 8AM & 5PM - 6PM

Join certified yoga instructors as they begin and/or end your days with relaxing, muscle-strengthening yoga and meditation. This event occurs 7 days a week and is 100% free/by donation. Please keep in mind that these yoga instructors do NOT get paid and do it for the sake of being in love with such an empowering exercise. Make sure to be equipped with some water, a blanket/towel and some sunscreen.
